pretty NEAT stay
helpful staff clean hotel nice decoration
i found the staff VERY helpful. the hotel itself was clean. i also liked the facilities, like the swimming pool and the decorations for the upcoming festival. the lobby looked amazing, and the pool area was kept nice and tidy .

the restaurant offers both thai and chinese food. i noticed several options on the menu for both cuisines, and the service looked efficient. meals were served promptly after ordering, a plus.

the staff were very attentive to our needs. they gave quick responses to requests and showed great kindness. i feel appreciated as they try to solve any problems we encountered as quickly as possible.

fantastic stay!
rooftop pool fruit platter bottled water
i found the rooftop pool really nice, with plenty of space for everyone. the hotel provided a complimentary fruit platter upon arrival which was a lovely touch. bottled water was restocked daily, which i definitely appreciated after exploring the area.
the english skills of some team members made communication a little tricky at times.

the hotel restaurant has a really nice atmosphere. the pool view is beautiful. i found the breakfast buffet offered a really nice variety of options each morning, which i enjoyed.

parking at the hotel was great, offering convenient access. the big buddha is visible and beautiful. the hotel is located in the center of the island, it is easy to access different parts of the island from there.

the seventh-floor banquet room had a beautiful view, especially at night. massages are available at the hotel. the pool on the seventh floor is very awesome and clean. all of this.
